Recently Tetley gave me a selection of their green teas to try and to use in a recipe. Last year I discovered a liking for Mojito's and made a yummy chicken dish so I decided to try a Mojito style ice lolly using the mint green tea.
I started by adding two Tetley green tea mint tea bags to 2 cups of boiling water and leaving to cool. I then added a cup of cloudy apple juice to sweeten and the juice of 1 lime.
I then filled my lolly moulds and put in the freezer overnight.
I found them really nice and refreshing and great for Mummy to have whilst the kids have an ice cream.
