Victoria Plumb Bathrooms #GreatBritishHome Challenge

I am a complete sucker for quizes. Which county should you live in? Which job is perfect for you? Would you pass GCSE Science? I am pleased to say that as a ex-chemistry teacher I did manage to score an A* on that one - although there were a few worrying moments!

So when Britmums and Victoria Plumb Bathrooms teamed up for a competition which involved finding out what your style is, I was ready to have a go. What does your home say about you? Well right now it says that I am outnumbered by my 3 boys and can't keep up with the mess they create. My neutral painted walls are covered in sticky handprints and my brown leather sofa is old and tired of being climbed on. It says I am in need of a new bathroom as we have an 80's grey one filled with what feels like the entire range of Octonaut toys. I was therefore a little dubious of what the quiz might tell me. This is my favourite bit of my house. Mainly because I love Cable and Cotton lights and my sister made me this fantastic personailsed poster.

I took the quiz and was shocked to find out that it thinks I am glamorous. Or at least my house might be, if I didn't have three small men leaving a mass of destruction everywhere they tread. Celebrity wise I was likened to Joey Essex. Now I am afraid I am not too "down with the kids" and have only watched TOWIE once when my Mum was trying to educate me on the show. I have, however, watched through the key hole and know that even though Joey may not be the sharpest tool in the box, he has a fantastic house that I would love to live in!

This post is an entry for the #GreatBritishHome Challenge  sponsored by Victoria Plumb, a source of quality bathrooms for every type of home. Take its “What’s Your Celebrity Home Style?” quiz to discover what your home says about you.”

Great to have a poster just for you and think you may have a new telly series in outnumbered by 3 boys. Commenting for myself @kateonthinice and on behalf of BritMums and thanking you for taking part

i only got a C on the Science quiz, which I was actually pleased with considering I didn't do science at school (we had a choice between science and art - crazy!)
Love your sister's poster and the cable and cotton lights in the same colours - very pretty! #greatbritishhome
