Now that big man is in school, I really wished that I had made more of the time he wasn't. The "Just for Tots" breaks at Butlins sound such a great idea, and I wish I could have taken advantage of them when big man was little.
The "Just for Tot's" breaks launch in April and are designed for preschoolers. Thomas & Friends™ and Angelina Ballerina™ will be part of a ‘free-to-play’ entertainment schedule where shows are repeated throughout your break with timings to suit early-risers and early bedtimes. The breaks are really focused around toddlers from Annabel Karmel meals to Nap-time buggy walks. I particularly like that the the fact that the shows are shorter to keep your little ones focused and that there are drop in style activity sessions that you can join in with as and when your little one wants to. One of the big things we have found is that you can't always plan timings with little ones as when they are tired it is best to let them have a nap! When you become a parent things change and you soon realise that if your little ones are happy and enjoying themselves then you are too.
We are Butlins Ambassadors this year and will soon be able to report back on our thoughts of Butlins in the school holidays. The shows, character meetings and Splashworld look fantastic and these have all been adapted for the Just for Tots breaks too. The first ‘Just for Tots’ short breaks will take place from April 28th at Butlins Bognor Regis and Skegness, with 4-night Monday to Friday breaks running across all resorts (Bognor Regis, Minehead and Skegness.) We love Butlins! Have lots of happy memories there! x
Took my little one when he was a baby. Need to go back!
shows are repeated throughout your break with timings to suit early-risers and early bedtimes - sounds great. I took mine when has little. I let him stay up late one night. Some of the shows for children were at odd times then.

Like butlins ..but honestly preferCentre parcs over all
Looks like you had a great break
I am the other way round. But it was 3 years ago that we went to Centre Parcs so may have got better. Think it also depends on weather and age of children.
Now I have been I love it too!
I think my kids may agree
I was surprised with how good it was.
We haven't done the tots break - just been in half term. Was fantastic. The shows are excellent. Wish I had known about it when the boys were younger.
Yes there are some late ones but I suppose kids bedtime routines go out of the window on holiday
I do now!
oh great to know thanks :) They keep seeing the ads on tv etc so i think they will be excited, have a feeling i will be absolutely worn out by the end lol
