It has been a busy week this week and I have struggled as I didn't write a meal plan. It is amazing how much it helps. So this week it is back to getting organised and do some batch cooking too!
Tuesday: I am going to try a less spicy version of my lamb dhansak recipe in the slow cooker.....wish me luck and lets hope the boys like it.
Wednesday: Filled pasta and sauce.
Thursday: Pork in black bean sauce.
Friday: Chicken with cheese and ham.
Sat: Little man is partytastic this weekend. He will be full on cocktail sausages and party rings so the rest of us can enjoy salmon without him moaning about why I have cooked it.
Sun: Cottage pie and I will batch cook.
Sounds like you're going to have a delicious week. Ever since I was pregnant with my daughter I just can't get enough of the black bean sauce - SO good!
