This is the first time I have ever made houmous and it was so easy I will definately be making it again.
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
3tsps of tahini
1tbsp of oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp of water
All you do is put the above ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve with pitta bread, carrots and cucumber for dipping.
