Thanks to a buy one get two free offer at Tesco, I have a few chocolate oranges in the house. I therefore decided that whilst following the BBC Good Food Recipe I would substitute the dark chocolate with chocolate orange.
I used some pyrex pampered chef glass bowls to bake my fondants in and this worked well.
I slightly undercooked my fondants. This is probably because I put them in the freezer for 30 minutes before cooking. They weren't frozen but could have done with 14-15 mins rather than the 13 that i opted for. There were no complaints from my boys though and little man graded them 10/10! This recipe will make 4.
