Hello Nature Review And Giveaway

There are coloring books for the kids and there are really beautiful coloring books for the kids that have activities and facts. Infact they are so beautiful you really don't want to give it to the kids because you want it. Hello Nature is a book by artist Nina Chakrabarti and falls into the second category.

This is the kind of book I would have loved when I took GCSE Art. It really has everything. Beautiful sketches of nature which are annotated with facts. Patterns to complete and activities to try. If you are a family that loves the countryside then this book would be great to take out on a walk. There is a page for tree rubbings, another for identifying leaves, and a guide for shells you might find on the beach.

It is much more than a coloring book and is more like a nature scrapbook which anyone with a love of drawing and nature will enjoy. I took the boys out on a walk at half term and we gathered some leaves to make some prints.

I really like this book and would suggest it for a tween/teen who has an interest in drawing.
You can purchase the book from Amazon.

I am also delighted to tell you that I have a copy to giveaway to one of my readers. Just complete the Gleam entry below. Good Luck!
