On our recent stay in Dubai we stayed at the Hilton Jumeirah residences. We had a large 2 bedroomed suite that was pretty much the same size as our 4 bedroomed house at home. There were two bedrooms and a rollaway bed was put in the lounge for little man.
It had a large kitchen with everything you could need. We however chose to go half board. With small children this was a good idea as the restaurants in Dubai are similar to London prices so eating out a lot would have been very expensive.

It has its own small pool which gets the afternoon sun, but you can cross the small walkway to the main Hilton hotel and use all the facilities there too. Here there is a large pool and a children's pool. Life jackets are free and life guards are on duty.
Breakfast had everything you could want. The boys liked their freshly cooked crepes, my husband liked the omelettes and I liked the variety.
The evening meal was even better. An array of starters, a different themes main every night and the most gorgeous desserts. The adults loved the chocolate fondue as much as the kids. Eating out in Dubai is expensive and we definately saved money by going half board.
The housekeeping was good. We enjoyed their towel art and they left a gorgeous chocolate cake on my husbands Birthday.
The best thing about the hotel was the customer service. From the waitresses to the life guards, nothing was too much trouble. They continually exceeded my expectations and I would certainly recommend a stay here.
