Meal Planning Monday

Another week has flown by and we are one week closer to half term. Last week I made a gin and tonic drizzle cake which was really rather good, so look out for the recipe this week!

Dinners this week are once again quick and simple:

Monday: Salmon and watercress sauce
Tuesday: Chicken goujons
Wednesday: Bacon and new potatoes
Thursday:Pizza and doughballs
Friday: Goan pork curry that we had this week and froze half of
Saturday: Lasagne
Sunday: Not sure yet - maybe a BBQ
