
After visiting Winchester and speaking to Gary, the owner of Cabinet Rooms, I decided that I wanted to try making a cocktail that wasn't overly sweet. The beauty with this recipe is that you don't need to add any extra sugar as the juice is sweet enough.

I can also report back that the mocktail version tastes good too. Just leave out the Bacardi and this is a lovely and refreshing summers drink at any time of day.

Prosecco Mojitos

1 lime
-
4 fresh raspberries
-
4 fresh mint leaves
-
25ml of Bacardi
-
A glass of ice cubes
-
Raspberry and cranberry juice
- Fill a glass with ice cube
- Add the raspberries, mint and the juice of 1 lime. Give it a stir around.
- Add 25ml Bacardi
- Top up with raspberry and cranberry juice.
- Enjoy!
