Blackberry and Apple Jelly Crumble

Every now and then there is a product that come out that is really exciting. I never thought it would be jelly, but the new What's Your Flavour? jelly from Hartley's is fantastic. You dissolve a packet in 300ml of boiling water and then choose a drink of your choice to become the flavour. You can add fruit juice, squash or even a fizzy drink. I decided I would have a go at making a trifle style Blackberry and Apple Jelly Crumble.

Blackberry and Apple Jelly Crumble

To make 4 you will need:
Blackberries
Bottlegreen Sparkling Elderflower
1 packet (2 sachets) of Hartley's What's Your Flavour? Jelly
I tin of ready made custard
Hob Nobs

Start by mixing up a elderflower jelly using one of the sachets of Jelly and 100ml of Bottlegreen Sparkling Elderflower drink. Pour this over a few blackberries at the bottom of your bowl.

Put this in the fridge to set and then make up a jelly using apple juice. Pour this on top and put back in the fridge to set.

Top with some custard and crushed up hob nobs.

What flavour would you make?

I was provided with the ingredients to make this, but the opinions are my own and I really like this product!
