The show is a mix of characters, puppets and is great for any Octofan. So much so, little man left pleading that I "please please please me go again!"
Then this Friday came his next celebration - his party. I have a fantastic group of friends from having big man and they came along with their little and bigger ones to celebrate little man's birthday, Halloween Style.
Luckily the weather was kind and lots of games could be played outside.
Lighting the candle to his cake did make me wonder where the last 3 years have gone. I stopped myself from getting emotional about my baby growing up, by thinking well it's not his Birthday just yet! Little man was eventually pleased with his monster cake, although he has managed to get me to agree to a Kwazi cake for his Birthday....
Let the celebrations continue!

ReplyDeleteWe do this kind of thing too-the birthday celebrations for both our two seem to extend well beyond the day itself! It doesn't seem to change much either as they get older which could turn out very expensive :)
