Reasons to be cheerful

I haven't linked up to R2BC for a while. Things have been rather manic and I just haven't had time. Sometimes I feel that this is the best link up to do when you are feeling a bit sorry for yourself as it makes you put things into perspective. Which is why I am joining up this week. This week hasn't been the best. My OH is working away again and to top things off middle man has got chicken pox so we are pretty much inside all day. It also means we are unlikely to be able to see some family before big and little man's birthdays. Little man has hit the terrible two's a couple of weeks early and is testing every boundary possible. Roll on Friday.

So lets focus on the positives!

Whilst middle man has a high temperature and a few spots he doesn't seem too ill. Hopefully if he is going to pass it onto the other two then they "should" get it before big man's birthday party. Whilst being confined to the house all day, I have been able to do some sorting out of the boys toys and I am much happier knowing where everything is. It also isn't long until Friday where I am off over to a friends house for the in thing which will raise some money for Cancer Research UK.

So how has your week been? What are you cheerful about?

It's definitely useful to look at the positives when you're in a struggle. I hope you find the confinement easier than you expect!

Oh dear the terrible two's and chicken pox to boot, that's a lot to cope with all at once. At least with one of them getting it first it should mean he is well on the way to recovery before the other two get it. Good luck x
