How is school?

This morning big man made me chuckle at the school gate. He clearly hasn't quite grasped the idea of small talk yet or just isn't interested in school that much, or both. Our neighbour and his little boy who I will call Dan for the purpose of this post were waiting outside before school. My neighbour turned to big man and asked him:

"Hey, are you enjoying it in year 1?"

Big man replied

"Yes, Dan can tell you all about it."
